SOLE OF THE CITY 10K TRAINING GROUPS
Let Charm City Run help you train for the race. Our 8-week training program is designed for the beginner and intermediate level runners who want to improve speed and endurance. You will be able to add training during the registration process.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.
No running experience necessary!
